This site has changed since we both visited the rally field now has more hook ups and other improvements any report would be helpful please
Now a commercial site with all grass pitches, electric hook ups and rally field with hook ups new for 2010. There are toilets and showers (red hot too!), fresh clean water, a laundry room with indoor drying.
Grass is very short and the site is very!! clean and tidy.
Lincoln is 1/4 hour away, and Mr John provided us with enough places to visit within 1 hours drive for a month.
Some of the local attract
ions and walks are: Sundown Pets Garden, World of Robin Hood, Lincoln, Doddington Hall, Leverton Windmill, and even a Japanese Garden are all nearby.

OK Folks I managed to get here after years of trying in fact I heard about it when it was a CL
Well worth the visit for peace and tranquillity the site is 15 miles from anywhere except the pub (The Ferry Boat Inn 5 minutes walk away). The welcome pack given is a little mine of info for visiting the area It’s so far in the wilds that the welcome pack advises you of the map reference of the site to tell the Emergency Services as the Air Ambulance would NEED it.
Well I didn’t come to sightsee I came to fish
For the disabled angler the sites own water is difficult to access BUT the stretch
next door belonging to the pub angling club is easy and cheap even for a year, and
now have 2 carp lakes 10 minutes away. I managed to fish twice a day working around
the tides for about 2 miles of river and caught nets full every time (fisherman’s
tale first session caught ONE Dace -
